Steps to prepare to root android
Before jumping into the rooting process, make sure you have everything right beforehand.
- The device is powered on.
- Battery level at least 50%.
- Internet connection required (Wi-Fi recommended).
- Allow installation of apps from unknown sources.
- Settings > Security > Unknown Sources
How to root android without computer
Step 1: Free Download KingoRoot.apk
The app will download automatically. If Chrome warns you about KingoRoot.apk, select “OK” to continue.
Step 2: Install KingoRoot.apk on your device.
If you do not check “Unknown sources” in Settings > Security, then during the installation process you will get the “Installation blocked” prompt, your phone will display the text “For security, your phone is set to block the installation of apps obtained from unknown sources”.
Just follow the instructions on your phone and install Kingo Root on your device and allow installation from “Unknown Sources”.
Step 3: Launch “Kingo ROOT” app and start rooting.
Kingo Root is very friendly and easy to use. Click “One Click Root” to start the rooting process.
Step 4: Wait a few seconds until the results screen appears.
Step 5: Success or failure.

How to root android 6.0 on computer
Prepare everything below:
- Device is ON
- Battery level at least 50%
- Internet connection
- USB cable (initial recommendation)
Step 1: Download and install KingoRoot Android (PC Version) for free.
Step 2: Double click on the Kingo Android Root desktop icon and launch it.
After launching Kingo Android Root, you will see its interface as shown below.
Step 3: Plug your Android device into your computer via USB cable.
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet for the application to work.
Step 4: Check “Always allow from this computer”
Step 5: Click “ROOT” to root your device.
The process may take up to 5-10 minutes
While rooting, your device may reboot multiple times (don’t worry)
