Hospital 666

Hospital 666 – an atmospheric co-op horror game that immerses players in a terrifying escape room. Teams of one to four must navigate troubling hospital floors, dodging strange anomalies and choosing the right elevator to move forward. The game takes inspiration from various horror media, including Exit 8, Escape the Backrooms and SCP Foundation. The goal is simple: escape from the anomalous hospital. Players must choose between a forward and reverse elevator depending on the presence of anomalies. Each floor presents players with unique challenges, and some contain monstrous pursuers that players must deftly escape from.

The project boasts extensive content: you have to explore more than 100 floors, each of which has different interior items and inhabitants, meet 85 unique anomalies, and defeat 5 formidable bosses. Difficulty levels are designed for different players: there are “Easy”, “Normal” and “Hell” modes. All modes have their own subtleties and nuances that affect the gameplay. Gamers can go through the hospital alone or team up with friends online in a cooperative game for groups of 2-4 people. The game automatically saves progress on each floor, and additional checkpoints are scattered throughout to make gameplay a little easier without losing progress.
